ASSIGNMENT

We were approached by RODE Advertising to create the brand & marketing materials for this rental building. Our assignment was to create a brand that focuses the audience on the building's lifestyle & amenities rather than its remote location. The target audience was young renters in their mid twenties to early thirties.

APPROACH

To get the attention of our irreverent target audience, we created a meme from the famous World War II "Keep Calm & Carry On" posters. We wrote new copy & combined it with modern icons & images that focus on different fun aspects of the building's lifestyle & amenities. These memes have been used thoughout the branding of this building. They have created an easily identifiable brand for the building that is immediately recognizable.
