National Resources, a prominent real estate and investment firm, engaged Mermaid, Inc. to create the Phase II brand identity and design for their Glass House Townhome Collection. This modern development, comprising townhomes and condominiums, boasts a stunning location directly along the Hudson River.
In rebranding the Glass House, we focused on highlighting its prestigious waterfront location.
Our design strategy involved the use of a vibrant blue abstract texture, reminiscent of light refracting through water or glass, to symbolize the development's intimate connection with the Hudson River. This texture not only reflects the residences' contemporary aesthetic but also continuously emphasizes the riverfront lifestyle in all collateral materials. This consistent thematic element reinforces the luxurious, serene essence of living at the Glass House, aligning perfectly with the development's modern and elegant character.
