National Resources, a real estate and investment firm, asked Mermaid, Inc. to create a brand identity and collateral materials for the Glass House, a new, modern townhome and condominium development located directly on the Hudson River.
For the brand positioning, we capitalized on the development's direct waterfront location. We showcased the residences' modern design and proximity to the Hudson River in both the photography and the renderings. This approach invites theviewer, or in this case, the buyer, to easily imagine themselves ensconced in modern luxury and surrounded by natural beauty. The brand pattern was inspired by the unique windows in the Glass House lobby, and is used in all the collateral materials, both as a stand-alone pattern and combined with the photography as an overlay. The special metallic paper stock used in printing the brochure is a subtle reinforcement of the development's artisan craftsmanship, elegant amenities, and luxurious residences.
